IRGC \u00ebsht\u00eb identifikuar si nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor terrorizmin dhe dhun\u00ebn e organizuar si instrument t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb jashtme, duke kontribuar n\u00eb destabilizimin rajonal dhe global.
